Energy Audit and Assessment Service

  • Goal:  Assess/Audit to drive value creation.
  • What we set out to achieve:
    • Conduct Energy assessment of all drivers of Energy consumption and use and suggest ways to drive energy conservation and efficiencies.
    • Provide options and solution roadmap based on assessment
    • Conduct financial assessment and feasibility study to ensure there is a real quantifiable savings to be achieved.  Also provide ways to optimally use and consume Energy including cost containment.
  • Detail Approach:  At TVER, we adhere to the three levels of energy audits as defined by ASHRAE. We will work with you to identify the appropriate scope for your situation.
    • Level I, basic — also known as a "walk-through" audit, this approach involves a cursory analysis of energy bills and a brief survey of the facility to produce a rough estimate of how efficiently energy is used. This level of effort will detect many of the "low-hanging fruit" and may suggest other options worthy of more study, but should never be viewed as comprehensive.
    • Level II, intermediate — this approach will involve a more thorough facility survey, energy analysis and some system performance testing. This level of effort will provide a breakdown of how energy is used as well as a broader range of savings options, including simple capital investments.  Many Customers find this level of analysis to be sufficient.
    • Level III, advanced — this approach will involve gathering even more detailed data from field equipment, extensive test measurements are taken which may include spot-measurements and short-term energy monitoring, possible risks are assessed, and intensive engineering and economic analysis produces reliable estimates of project energy and financial performance with the high confidence needed for major capital projects.
  • Expected Results: Identification of at least 20-25% savings in overall Energy cost.
